The New Economic Organization (NEO) of Cleveland for Entrepreneurial Development University, Center and Cooperative Enterprises for International Neoentrepreneurial and Neoentrepreneurforce Economic Development (INNED), under the auspices of fashion designer, entertainment promoter, business consultant and serial entrepreneur Freddie E. Thomas Sr. (better known as "Plooki"), who serves as the General Marshal Chairman of the Board, Executive Director and Dean and First Fellow of Entrepreneurial Economics Education of the grassroots group, is currently engaged in the NEO Entrepreneurial Economic Social Responsibility Community Service Conscription Campaign to conscript professionals to assist individuals, families, students, groups, clubs, professionals, executives, directors, administrators, leaders, associations, businesses, corporations,organizations, foundations, institutions, public and private agencies, enterprises, markets and industries who are entrepreneurially and economically undeveloped, underdeveloped and developmentally challengedand in the course of Entrepreneurial Economic Development for INNED and in the development of entrepreneurial economic consulting, counseling, coaching, education, training, experience, employment, preventure, venture, adventure (troubleshooting) and eventure management, marketing and financial development resources, support and assistance initiatives, proposals, projects, plans, programs, course modules, products, productions, services and events to combat the present global entrepreneurial economic crisis, poverty, unempoyment, crime, incarceration, recidivism, distress, disparity, discrimination, dysfunctional, dis-ease, displacement (homelessness), diusadvantage, disenfranchisement, discorporation, digital deficiency, digital illiteracy and digital divide that exists especially among African American men, women, at-risk youths, "left-behind children", seniors, veterans and the disabled in camps, shelters, residences, homes, streets, blocks, villages, neioghborhoods, communities, cities, counties, regions, states, islands, territories and lands throughout the world.
